The flagship show · in pre-production
Impossible Conversations
The debates reality never allowed. Staged conversations between enemies, across centuries, between nations and gods. Each figure is an AI trained on everything they ever said, given one mandate, and rendered as an obvious, beautiful artifice. A digital agora.

consensus · or the wall
THE MANDATE — GIVEN TO BOTH SIDES, VERBATIM
“You have one hour. Reach a consensus you could both live with — or articulate precisely the point where your worldviews become irreconcilable. Argue only from your own positions. Do not concede anything your real counterpart would not.”
We are not predicting that the enemies will agree. We are proving that the positions contain a reconcilable core — and that the wall was never the problem.
The people were.
THE CONSENSUS ENGINE
01
Corpus → persona
Everything a figure ever publicly said or wrote becomes a persona that argues in their voice, from their stated positions.
02
The mandate
Two personas, one instruction: reach a consensus you could both live with — or articulate precisely where your worldviews become irreconcilable.
03
The run
The conversation runs ten, a hundred, a thousand times. Most attempts fail. That is the data, not the bug.
04
The curation
The truest hour is kept, and the distribution is published with it — this consensus emerged in 1 of 240 runs. The rarity is the drama.
05
The render
Figures are deliberately unreal — wireframe, ink wash, glitch — a new style every episode. The artifice is visible in every frame.
06
The method panel
Every episode ships with its sources, run count, consensus rate, and edit log. Radical transparency, built into the form.

THE RULES
The integrity rules are the creative signature: what makes the show safe makes it distinctive.
Stylized, never photoreal.
The avatar is the disclaimer welded to every pixel. A stylized figure is an icon, not a portrait — it is the position speaking, not the person. Voices are designed, never cloned.
Publish the failure as the default.
No-consensus — here is the wall — is the baseline episode. Rare consensus is flagged as the outlier it is, with the full run distribution shown.
Map the wall. Never manufacture harmony.
Agreement must be earned from stated positions. Manufactured consensus is discarded. Every episode ships its sources, run counts, and edit log.
